Laura Wade-Gery, Executive Director, Multi-channel E-commerce, Marks & Spencer will share details of the company’s journey to cross-channel operations and how it combines start up agility though the digital lab with its core business to move with even greater pace and deliver first to market technology and experiences for its customers.
Laura joined the Marks & Spencer Board in July 2011. Laura was previously at Tesco plc where she held a variety of senior roles from 1997. She was the CEO of Tesco.com for seven years. Prior to that she was Group Strategy Director & the Marketing Director, Clubcard. Prior to joining Tesco Laura worked at Gemini Consulting and Kleinwort Benson. Laura was also a non-executive director of Trinity Mirror from 2006 until May 2012.
